Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
One of the world’s leading asset management firms /Midtown is looking for a Sales Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant to join their Private Wealth Team.  

  • Manage calendars that are constantly changing. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings. 
  • Schedule conference rooms for internal and external meetings.
  • Track and process invoices and complete detailed expense reports.
  • Handle onboarding of new clients (SalesForce CRM a BIG PLUS)
  • Plan quarterly sales team meetings, including building agenda's and all details 
  • Organize and coordinate special events for the team, on-site-off-site
  • Work on various ad-hoc projects including activity and sales reporting
  • Act as a “jack of all trades”
  • 4 Year College degree and experience working at a financial firm in a fast- paced environment A MUST.   Someone who is working for a Financial Advisor in Private Wealth preferred.
  • 2-4 years experience and a polished, professional "no job too small" attitude. 
  • Must thrive in high pressure environment
  • Strong communication skills and "team oriented' personality
  • Familiarity with Concur and SalesForce CRM ideal
  • Superior overall Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Must have an outgoing warm personality as well as a sense of humor
