Personal Assistant to CEO of Financial Services Firm (Tribeca)
Looking for an individual to help a busy finance CEO
About the job:
 
• Engaging in complex & interesting research projects                                                                                            • Developing & maintaining vendor relations
• Arranging travel & social itineraries
• Managing & running personal & business errands
• Planning events & coordinating agenda
• Managing diverse projects & purchasing
• Completing various clerical duties, filing, etc.
• Coordinating Seasonal Yacht Maintenance
• Coordinating Household Staff & Purchasing Expenses
• Organizing & Auditing Wardrobe as needed


About you:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & web browsing/purchasing
• BS/BS from a college or university
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant  experience
• Exceptional multitasking skills & resourcefulness
• Ability to anticipate needs & meet deadlines
• Hours: 8 AM to 3 PM
 
Salary paid as 1099, plus possible bonus
