Office Manager – Bilingual (German/English)
A European bank is opening a marketing office in Toronto and is seeking a bilingual (English/German) Office Manager. The office will most likely be located in the Old Toronto area of the city.

• Support the staff with the daily operations of the business
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships
• Maintain supplies of stationery and office equipment
• Schedule deliveries and shipping
• Receive and process incoming mail
• Answer telephones and greet guests
• Maintain and address all upcoming office management issues
• Arrange travel and appointments for staff
• Prepare and/or assist with the preparation of group or client presentations
• Prepare reports as directed by the Head Office
ABOUT YOU:            
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Highly organized and flexible
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
• Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
• German language speaking and writing fluency required
• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or an Office Manager in a corporate setting
Salary commensurate with experience.
