An asset management firm in midtown Manhattan is seeking an Office Manager

About the job:

• Handle all office organization, operations, procedures and resources to facilitate
 effectiveness and efficiency
• Provide administrative support
• Support a growing team of sixteen people with ad-
hoc projects
• receptionist responsibilities

About you:

•  5+ years of administrative and management experience with    a background and/or career interest in the hedge fund or private equity industry

• BA/BS from a college or university

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Outlook)
