Administrative Assistant/Prestigious Financial Firm/ San Francisco  
 
A prestigious financial advisory/asset management firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their San Francisco office
 
 
About the Job:
  • Act as gatekeeper for the investment banking team; answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing all day-to-day activities including preparing and coordinating communications, calendar management, meeting logistics for internal and external appointments 
  • Organize and maintain calendars; schedule large and/or complex meetings with key clients or high-level executives
  • Organize and manage international and domestic travel arrangements, coordinate itinerary details
  • Prepare and produce spreadsheets/Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  • Complete detailed expense reports including tracking receipts (Concur A PLUS)
  • Act a back-up support, when needed
  • Maintain and organize files
  • Create and or proof memos
  • Work on various ad-hoc projects
 
 
About You:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting a team AT A FINANCIAL SERVICES firm
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel
  • Thrives in a high pressure deadline driven environment
  • Team player-energetic, enthusiastic, personable and professional demeanor
  • Performs duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
