  ABOUT THE JOB:
  • Support the co-heads of the business development team by managing all day-to-day matters
  • Need to be proactive and anticipate needs as they arise and change; a true multi-tasker
  • Requires excellent computer skills including using Microsoft Office Suite.  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills A MUST
  • Organize and maintain calendar - schedule large and/or complex meetings with key clients or high-level executives
  • Organize and manage international and domestic travel arrangements, coordinate itinerary details and expense reports, Concur knowledge a PLUS
  • Assist and maintain CRM Database
  • Email management - flag important correspondence and identify priorities. Use judgment when responding to low risk items
  • Work and communicate effectively with other office staff members daily
  • Handle ad hoc and special projects, as needed
ABOUT YOU:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant at a Financial Services firm. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4 year University A MUST.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills, Excel and PowerPoint must be superior
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills A MUST
  • A “take charge” assertive personality with great analytical reasoning
  • A “type A” personality that can get along with diverse personalities in a fast -paced setting
  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • A polished professional friendly demeanor but with a 'thick skin"
